He is survived by his siblings, Lori Carter, Kate Davis and Wayne Carter. In addition to his parents, Edward was predeceased by his life partner, James Halpin; and his brother, Bruce Carter II.
Edward will be missed and forever loved by family, close friends and many nieces and nephews. There will be no services at this time.
