Frances Anita Martin

OLD TOWN—Anita Frances Martin, 87, died peacefully December 2, 2012 at a Bangor health care facility. She was born June 22, 1925 a daughter of J. Francis and Theresa (Levesques) LaGasse.

She is survived by a daughter Sherry Anderson and her husband Peter of Bangor and her children Robin Brooks and her husband Travis and their sons Travis Jr and Patrick of Melville, NY; and Fred Robbins of Bangor; son Richard Martin and his wife Julie of Windermere, FL and his children Corey Martin of New Haven, CT and Kevin Martin of Annapolis, MD; two sisters Sylvia Violette of Eddington and Elizabeth Roy and her husband Linwood “Pete” of Sedgwick; daughter-in-law Gail Dyer-Martin and her family; numerous nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by a son Gary Martin.

Anita’s family wishes to extend a warm heartfelt thank you to the entire staff at Stillwater Health Care for their kindness and compassionate care.

There will be no formal funeral services. Interment will be at Forest Hill Cemetery, Old Town.
