Jeffrey L Flagg passed away peacefully Friday October 21, 2022 at his home with his wife Donna Bolstridge by his side following a courageous fight with cancer. He was born on March 2, 1958 in Lincoln Maine to William and Edith (Neal) Flagg.
Jeff attended Mattanawcock Academy and later worked in the Lincoln Paper Mill. He lived in New Hampshire, working at Brock’s Building Material in Rochester, NH, moving back to Maine in 2011 to be with Donna. Jeff and Donna dated in the summer of 1976. School and work took them in separate directions. Their paths crossed many times over the years, though they did not realize it at the time. Jeff never stopped looking for Donna and he found her 35 years later. It was as if they never parted, calling each other the love of their life. Jeffrey loved riding his motorcycle, ATV rides, fishing and taking car rides around the state just because. His loss is being felt by Sookie, his coon mix cat, who has been looking for him all over the house. We dare say she is wondering why he is not calling her with “Where’s my cat?”
He is survived by his wife Donna, brother William Flagg, Jr and his wife Tracy, sister Denise Myrick and her husband Gerald Sr, brother Brian Flagg; daughters Amanda Castonguay, Bradie Castonguay, Grandson Ethan Gilman. sons-in-law Michael Infante-Legere and Tai Infante-Legere. His fishing and coffee cousin Phillip (Bud) Flagg and his wife Susan, Uncle Dalton Neal, and Aunt Connie Flagg. Many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Along with his parents Jeffrey was predeceased by his brother Larry Flagg.
There will be a Celebration of Jeff's Life on Saturday, Nov. 5th, 2022, at the Milford Town Hall from 2:00pm – 6:00pm.
