Joe will be remembered for his quick smile, friendliness and love for all.
He is survived by his wife of 59 1/2 years, Elaine; a daughter, Jane Kelley of Zephyrhills, FL and son, Dan Pelletier of Alton, ME. Three grandchildren, and two great-grandchildren. He was predeceased by his parents, Joseph & Jennie Pelletier.
