One of my first and pleasant memories when I first arrived at UMaine was meeting Judy at The Cutler Health Center.

Always full of life and kind words, should would go on to be my girlfriend from afar and with Phil’s permission.

Will miss hearing her voice on the phone!

Condolences to Phil and his family.
