Mary E. Gallant

OLD TOWN—Mary Elizabeth Gallant, 84, died peacefully January 27, 2015. She was born March 13, 1930 in Orono a daughter of Walter and Helen (Parent) Smart. She enjoyed knitting slippers and socks and especially taking care of her family.

She is survived by daughter, Linda Crocker and husband, Fred, of Bangor; three grandchildren, Benjamin Crocker and Michelle of Old Town, Donita Gallant-Richard of Old Town and Christopher Gallant of Massachusetts; three great-grandchildren, Kelsey Gallant, Izabel Crocker-Smith and Ben Crocker, Patricia Kuppinger of CO, Yvonne Mulheron of Bangor, Nina Stormann and husband Menton of Bangor;

She was predeceased by her husband Clement Gallant Sr., two children, Tony Gallant and Clement Gallant Jr.; grandson Tobey Crocker, three brothers Walter Jr., Matthew & Robert Smart.
