BRADLEY - Robert R. LeBlanc, 85, died Jan. 18, 2013, at a Bangor hospital. He was born June 18, 1927, in Old Town, a son of Felician and Margaret LeBlanc.
He was a graduate of Old Town High School and then proudly served with the U.S. Navy during World War II. He was employed at the Bangor Daily News for many years. Robert was an avid coin collector and loved fishing, horses and harness racing. He was a supporter of local sports teams and New England professional teams.
He is survived by his wife of 57 years, Charlean (Tardiff) LeBlanc of Bradley; a son, Robb P. LeBlanc and his wife, Raina, of Louisville, Ky.; a sister, Lorraine Veilleux of Brewer; many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by seven siblings.
