Alice Elizabeth Swaze, 95, of Olive Branch, MS went to be with the Lord on Tuesday, May 25, 2021. Mrs. Swaze was preceded in death by her husband, William Howard Swaze; and son, Richard “Dickey” Swaze. He is survived by his son, Charles Swaze(Rhea); grandchildren: Melissa Combs, Natalie Blair Swaze, Jennifer English, and Evelyn Taylor; and great-grandchildren: Allie-Grace Combs, Ainsley Elizabeth Schoggen, and Greyson Schoggen. Mrs. Swaze was aproud military wife and lovingly supported her husband as he served our country. She retired from the IRS after 20 years of service. She was longtime member of Central Church and more recently Redeemer Evangelical Church. In her freetime she enjoyed traveling and spending time with her grandchildren to who she was known as “Mena”. A graveside service will be held at Memphis National Cemetery on Friday, May 28, 2021 at 1:00 pm. In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials be made to the Alzheimer’s Foundation.
