Barbara Love Hale, 84, of Olive Branch, MS went to be with the Lord on Wednesday, August 21, 2024. She was born on September 15, 1939 in Tulia, TX to the late Hayden and Virginia Love. Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, J.T. Hale; son, Terry Hale; grandson, Bobby Beilstein; and son-in-law, Don Beilstein. It was evident in Barbara’s daily life how important her family was to her. Having her family around her was her greatest joy. She was very much a people person and loved being around others, telling stories, and laughing together until all hours of the night. She enjoyed life and always has a big smile on her face. One of her favorite hobbies was playing bridge with the Party Bridgers every week and attending Red Hat luncheons and she considered them to be family. She was an avid sports fan and in addition to watching her grandchildren and great-grandchildren play sports, in the fall she would watch the Dallas Cowboys and the TCU Horned Frogs play football. Barbara was a believer in Jesus Christ and a member of Pleasant Hill Baptist Church. The family will receive friends for a time of visitation at Brantley Funeral Home on Tuesday, August 27, 2024 from 5-7 pm. A funeral service will be held at Pleasant Hill Baptist Church on Wednesday, August 28, 2024 at 1:00 pm. Burial will follow at Blocker Cemetery.
