Bessie M. Boswell, 86, of Byhalia, passed away June 5, 2011. The family will receive friends beginning at 10 a.m., Wednesday, June 8, and funeral services will follow at 11 a.m., all at Byhalia United Methodist Church, 2511 Church Street, with interment to follow in Byhalia Cemetery. Bessie was preceded in death by her husband, E.W. “Bill” Boswell; her sister, Betty Jo Benton; and her brother, Clyde Milliorn. She is survived by her sister, Janie Thomas; and numerous nieces and nephews. Memorial contributions may be made to Byhalia United Methodist Church.
