Betty Jean Plumley, 78, went home to be with the Lord on Wednesday, December 29, 2021 at Methodist Olive Branch. She was born on October 25, 1943 to the late John and Sybil Hill in Munford, TN. Betty loved sewing and spending time with her family. She especially enjoyed her grandchildren and great grandchildren. Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her son, Raymond Plumley, Jr., and her brother, Jerry Hill. Betty leaves behind her loving husband of 59 years, Raymond Plumley, Sr.; two daughters, Cheryl Thomas (Neil), Cassaundra Palmer; three sisters, Sybil Kay Woods, Rita Conway, Olivia Chambliss (Frankie); two brothers, Eddie Hill and Samuel Hill (Debbie). She also leaves behind seven grandchildren and three great grandchildren. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, January 8, 2022 at 10:00 am with visitation beginning at 9:00 am at Brantley Funeral Home, 6875 Cockrum St. Olive Branch, MS 38654.
