I will never forget the first time I met Brad...A mutual friend of Anne  and Brad's wanted to introduce them and it was decided they would meet at this little "bar" in Midtown one evening.  She asked me to go with her,  which I was not at all thrilled about because of where we were going :-) but I agreed, for the love of my friend.  I knew the very moment these two met, this was going to be something special and it was.  Not only did he have that thick, nice hair she loved, he was the good man she desperately wanted in her life and deserved.  They both found true love and happiness and I got to witness it from the start.   I feel blessed to have known him and I will cherish all the funny, wonderful memories we all had together.  Go rest high on that mountain!

Bradly The Gentle Giant, the love you gave both Anne and "B" made you all a beautiful FAMILY.   I know you are Heaven blessed now as they were blessed by your love.

Words cannot describe the pain our family has gone through in the past month, especially my mom. The mark you left on my mom and I is irreplaceable. I have thanked God everyday for the past 13 years for placing you into our lives and allowing us to be present in your light. And now I will thank God for the rest of my life for giving us each memory we get to cherish when we think of you. If I could find words that could explain how much of an impact you made on my life and how important you were to me, I would write them. But all I can say is thank you. Thank you for being the rock my mom needed, thank you for taking me to the movies and spending time with me, thank you for every laugh I’ve ever had from one of your many jokes, thank you for always being supportive in any decision I’ve made and always being there to give me advice, thank you for loving me as your daughter from the very first day; but above all thank you for being you in every moment of every day that we shared. I lost a piece of my heart on November 7th that I will never get back. I will miss you always, but I’ll see you again one day; until then I love you so much.

I am not good at saying goodbye, you knew that.  My heart melted when “ The Life Saver”....our insider, called me with the news. You took me under your wings, from day one, and taught me how to genuinely take care of people for who they are and help them grow and develop. I never knew that a day like this will come however, I know that you are in a better place, at peace, not resting, still trying to figure out how to save the world......dang, I miss the heck out of you and our friendship!!! My wife and I will NEVER find a genuine friend like you again. Rest well, my friend, until we meet for eternity!!!!!

Anne, having been friends since childhood, i saw the many trials and tribulations that you've endured.    For your reward and a preclude to heaven God sent you an angel albeit Brad.   Little did we all know that Brad needed you as much.    Brad loved his "FREE SPIRIT!"   He once told me that.   Apparently, that was your nickname.   You on the other hand had finally found "the LOVE of your life."   You never went a conversation without telling me how great a man Brad was.  He loved Brianna as much!   I've never known you to be more happier.   Brad was so calm and sincere with a heart of gold.  I know he didn't want to leave his girls but, God had other plans!   Dont let your happiness turn to sorrow.   Know that God has Brad in his keeping and we have him in our hearts.   May God bestow his peace on you, Brianna and all his family.   Much Love!!



It has saddened my heart that such a good man has gone. He and Anne shared many memories with me and our little group of friends. Barbecue' s at Lois and Jacks house, Margarita's at Mi Pueblo, (but he would only drink Jack Daniels). Birthday parties...I truly admired the love they had for one another. All of us girls completely agreed that Anne had found her perfect mate! They were like two peas in a pod! He will be so missed by all of us, but his memory and our great times together will forever be with us.

Brad was such a wonderful man and I appreciate him loving my sweet friend, Anne. They were so in love with each other and made everyone around them smile. I had never seen Anne so happy when you two met. Heaven definitely acquired a new angel and I know you will be watching over Anne until she joins you💖

I did not get to meet you but I have known Anne for over 50 years.   She is a special and beautiful person so I know you must have been special also.   You have to a special place where God has called you to be with him.   

To his family,  I am sorry for your loss but know he is watching over you and is waiting for you to join him.   You are in my prayers.   I love you Anne.

Brad, I wish we had the opportunity to meet.  I know Anne and Brianna love you so very much, it is clear to me, you are a very special person by the intensity of their love for you. Heaven is your new home now for the scriptures say to be absent from the body is to be present with the Lord.  One day I will meet you in heaven, and we will have an eternity to get to know each other. I am so thankful for the promise of eternity with our Lord and our loved ones.  You made it, we will meet someday and worship the Lord for eternity. 


I have always heard that people cross paths for a purpose. Well mine and Brad’s paths crossed way back in the early 90’s when he and I both worked for Bemis Bag Co.  I left Bemis before Brad and never saw him again until one day one of my dearest friends, Ann, announces she is seeing this awesome guy and brings him to meet us for the first time. Me with a photographic memory immediately knows that I have seen him before. After talking a few minutes we both remember each other from working at Bemis. I think our paths crossed because one day he would be the true love of one of my dearest friends. I haven’t seen a lot of couples that I felt were true soul mates but I am sure Ann & Brad definitely were. Both being wonderful people deserved the TRUE love and happiness they shared. Brad will be missed more than words could ever describe. But I feel in my heart that Ann & Brad will re-unite in heaven and that will be a wonderful day. 

Looking at this picture, remembering all our years together and knowing how much we loved each other makes my heart happy. I will miss my man everyday but one day I will see him again. Love you Bradly

I keep thinking about the last time I saw Brad in the hospital and he was talking to the nurses. 
They were asking him questions about who he was. He answered “Bradly Whited” and spelled it out. Then she said who is that over there and pointed over to Anne. She was talking to the other nurse. I don’t even think she heard him but I did. He smiled real big and said “ That’s the Love of My Life Anne”. It teared me up. Even in his final days he knew his love and what was going on. He was a brave man and at peace now. 

Brad was a beautiful soul and treasured you Anne.  I remember Bob and I at Kroger teasing we were going to hit the cart.  Many memories you have treasure them all pull them out when you miss him and tuck them in your heart.  God bless

Anne and Breanna so very sorry for your loss.  I know Brad loved you both so much. He will live on in your hearts forever.  He was such a role model for Breanna.  He has only gone ahead of us and is resting in the arms of Jesus without pain. RIP Brad. Much love to you both. 

It has been many years since we saw each other.   We both found lives outside our home town of Kansas city.  I always heard of the great children you had.  I hope your family find comfort in great memories.  Rest in peace    Vicki Jacono 

I will remember him as a great person and father, I had joined the family in 1972 when I married his Uncle Bob. I will share the sorrow with the family as this is a great loss.
