Charles Ricky Beavers

Charles Ricky Beavers, 71, of Olive Branch, MS passed away on February 17, 2025. Rick was born on April 17, 1953, in Memphis, TN. He is a graduate of Whitehaven High School. He spent most of his life working as a millwright in many different kinds of plants. In his later years, he worked in custom detailing for Southern Thunder Harley Davidson in Southaven until his retirement. In his free time, he enjoyed riding motorcycles, tending to his vegetable garden, and loving on his fur babies. One of his greatest joys in life was being “Papa Rick” to his grandchildren. He would spend hours coloring, swinging, and playing with cars and trucks with them. Rick was preceded in death by his son, Rick Beavers; and his mother, Mary Elizabeth Bennett. He is survived by his wife, Jennifer Willard; son, Dale Norris (Stella); and grandchildren: Mira Norris, Everett Norris, and Sophia Crawford. A memorial service will be held at Brantley Funeral Home on Thursday, February 20, 2025, at 1:00 pm. In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial donations be made to the Desoto County Animal Shelter in Nesbit.
