Clifford Duane Lancaster, 87, went home to be with the Lord on Thursday, September 22, 2026, at Methodist Olive Branch. He was born on February 9, 1939, in Arvin, California, to Elvis and Patricia Lancaster. Many people knew him simply as Duane. He proudly served his country as a United States Army veteran. He spent many years working as a sales representative for American Home Foods and Pyrenees, and he also worked as a home builder. After many years of hard work, Duane retired and spent his days doing what he loved most, fishing and being outdoors. He was an avid fisherman and could spend hours out by the water. When he wasn’t fishing, you could usually find him watching NASCAR, cheering on the San Francisco 49ers, or rooting for Ole Miss football. Duane was preceded in death by his parents, Elvis and Patricia Lancaster and three children, Debbie Abbott, Stacey Paladini, and Scott Lancaster. He leaves behind his wife of 38 years, Jacci Lancaster; four children: Denice Johnson, Steve Lancaster, Shana Birkshire (Paul), and Ashley Davenport (Rickey). Duane also leaves behind 8 grandchildren: Leslie, Zachary, Benjamin, Bryson, Stevie, Hunter, Savannah, and Tucker.
