Dewey C. Wilson, 94, of Olive Branch, MS went home to be with the Lord Friday, May 28, 2021. Mr. Wilson was preceded in death by his wife, Darlis Wilson; and son, Stephen Wilson. He is survived by his daughter, Sandra Winston; grandchildren, Amy and Eric Wilson, Christy Pennington, Tammy Estes, and Rusty Winston; and 12 great-grandchildren. Dewey’s love of the insurance business led him to a successful life long career. He spent 30 years as a sales manager for Met Life in Memphis. After his retirement in 1990 he opened American Insurance Training (AIT) where he worked until the age of 90. His genuine care for his clients made him respected and loved by the community. He loved the Lord and was a faithful member of Bellevue Baptist Church. The family will receive friends for a time of visitation at Brantley Funeral Home on Thursday, June 3, 2021 from 1-2 pm with a funeral service to follow at 2:00 pm. Interment will follow at Memorial Park Southwoods. In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials be sent to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
