

Earlene Wilson McCullough, 92, of Southaven, MS passed away on March 3, 2025. Ms. McCullough was born on August 11, 1932 in Batesville, MS to the late Earl and Sally Wilson. Her father was a minister which caused them to move around a bit during her childhood. She graduated high school in New Orleans before later coming back to Mississippi. She worked as a receptionist and court clerk for the DeSoto County court system. In her free time, she enjoyed traveling. Some of her favorite trips were Montana, the Grand Canyon, and her cruise to the Bahamas. She also collected frogs. Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, Everett Wilson; and her best friend of 50 years, Betty Elko. Ms. McCullough is survived by her son, Patrick McCullough (Cheryl); daughter, Cynthia “Joni” McCullough; daughter, Barbara Camburn; six grandchildren; and many great-grandchildren. The family will receive friends for a time of visitation at Brantley Funeral Home on Monday, March 10, 2025 from 12:00 until 1:00 with a funeral service to begin at 1:00. Burial will follow at Memphis Memory Gardens.
