Edwin Dale Harbin, Jr was born October 19, 1970 to Edwin D Harbin, Sr and Linda Pearce Harbin. He was given his angel wings on June 13, 2018. He came into this world as an early delivery at 1 lb 8oz in Amory, Ms. He lived each day to the fullest, as if it were a gift. He was a member of Crosspointe Church in Olive Branch Ms. He Loved the Lord with all his heart, soul and strength. He has always been the bright spot in any room he walked into. He always had to be the loudest person in the room with the funniest, most elaborate story. He enjoyed telling jokes and making people laugh. He had the ability to make everyone feel as if they were “his best friend “. Every life that Eddie has touched has an “Eddie story”. His personality was original and the same everywhere you saw him. He would always say to us speaking of life and death “Once you touch everyone you are meant to touch here on this earth the Good Lord’s gonna take you home”. His work on earth was completed. We will forever miss him. He was an avid golfer, enjoyed Ole Miss football and could do or fix just about anything and was happy to do it. He loved spending time with his family and friends. He had a love for coaching little league football for his boys. They loved Coach Eddie and he loved them back, despite the hard work he demanded. He was married to his soul mate at an early age and established a family on February 14th 1992. They have two sons, a daughter and a special granddaughter. He told everyone how blessed he was and how much he loved his family. He was married for 26 years. He is survived by his wife Michelle Turnbow Harbin, one daughter Angie Harbin, two sons, Brandon Harbin and Seth Harbin and a granddaughter Gracie Renee Harbin all of the home. His father Edwin D Harbin Sr (June) of Amory, Ms, one sister Monica Harbin Burleson (Mike) of Saltillo, Ms, one brother Michael Harbin (Kay) and his grandmother Betty Pearce of Fulton. He had a whole host of nieces and nephews whom loved him dearly. He was preceded in death by his mother Linda Pearce Harbin and a brother, Christopher Harbin. He is the grandson of the late Howard Pearce Sr of Fulton Ms, and JR & Betty Harbin of Mantachie, MS. Family will receive guests on Sunday, June 17, 2018 from 12:00 pm to 2:00 pm with the service to immediately follow at 2:00 pm at Brantley Funeral Home 6875 Cockrum St. Olive Branch, MS 38654.
