Gladys Lou Allison, 95, of Olive Branch, MS went to be with the Lord on Tuesday, September 6, 2022. Gladys was born October 14, 1926 to Charlie and Addie Dunlap. She was born and raised in Olive Branch, MS. Gladys was a devoted mother. She loved to be surrounded by her family. She enjoyed being in the kitchen making the best macaroni and cheese and banana pudding. She would never turn down a trip down south. She is preceded in death by her parents, her husband, D.C. Allison, her sons, Wayne Harris and Jerry Harris. Gladys is survived by Daughter, Jean Bledsoe (Jim), Sons, Archie Harris, Lawrence Harris, Grandchildren, Sherry Williams (Robert), Ray Bumpus, Mark Harris (BJ), Wanda Campbell (Jay), Stacie Harris (Joe), Gregg Harris (Susan), Jerry Lynn Peak (Samantha), and several great and great-great grandchildren. The family will receive friends for a time of visitation at Meadowbrook Baptist Church on Friday, September 9, 2022 from 10-11 am with a funeral service to begin at 11:00 am. Interment will follow at Lebanon Cemetery.
