Miss Jalen Elizabeth Blackwell was born August 10, 2006 in Southaven, Mississippi. She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Robert and Maggie Stull, and her brother Gavin Blackwell. Jalen attended Mineral Wells United Methodist Church and she was a Fifth Grader at Center Hill Elementary School in Olive Branch, Mississippi where she was a member of the Book Club. Jalen loved music and her favorite hobbies included singing and dancing as well as perfecting her craft as a makeup artist. Her favorite colors were teal and silver and she loved hearts. Jalen gained her angel wings at the precious age of 11 on March 19, 2018 after battling severe injuries sustained in a house fire. She leaves to cherish her beautiful memory, her loving parents, Stephen and Megan Blackwell and Heather Jordan, her twin brother, Cadin Blackwell, siblings Austin Still, Tyler Jordan, Will and Grace Ingram, Madelyn Bobbitt, Alexis and Shelby Powell; her grandparents, Galen and Brenda Blackwell, Ray and Mary Burgess and Kieth and Debbie Peltier. Jalen also leaves behind a host of special aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
