Jodi Boyd Marsh

Jodi Boyd Marsh, 61, went home to be with the Lord on Tuesday, June 16, 2026, surrounded by her family at her home. She was born on September 22, 1964, to Nathan and Mary Lou Boyd in Memphis, TN. Jodi was a member of Queen of Peace Catholic Church. She graduated from Bishop Byrne High School in 1982.

Jodi was an amazing host who never missed an opportunity to welcome friends into her home. Whether she was preparing a meal or planning a special celebration, she found joy in bringing people together. She loved traveling, spending time at the beach, and cheering on both Mississippi State and her Tennessee Volunteers. Jodi also enjoyed watching the LA Dodgers and The Rams.

Jodi also enjoyed kayaking and trout fishing on the Little Red River. Above all else, however, her greatest joy was being a Gramma. Nothing made her happier than spending time with her grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Nathan and Mary Lou Boyd, and her sister, Lori Boyd.

Jodi is survived by her husband of 38 years, David Marsh; two sons, Bradley Marsh (BethAnne), Jacob Marsh (Payton); two sisters, Cathy Clarke (Tom), and Sharon Given. She also leaves behind 5 grandchildren: Tatum, Tommie, Mollie, Merritt, and Miller Jo, and many cousins, nieces and nephews.

In Lieu of Flowers donations may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital or Shriners Children’s Hospital.

A visitation will be held on Sunday, June 21, 2026, from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at Brantley Funeral Home, 6875 Cockrum St. Olive Branch, MS 38654.

A funeral mass will be held on Monday, June 22, 2026, at 10:00 AM at Queen of Peace Catholic Church, 8455 Germantown Rd. Olive Branch, MS 38654. Burial will follow at Autumn Woods Cemetery, 6240 Davidson Rd. Olive Branch, MS 38654.
