Kim Barkley Fesmire

Kim Barkley Fesmire, 53, of Olive Branch, passed away August 27, 2012, at her home. The family will receive friends from 12 pm -2 p.m. and funeral services will be held at 2 p.m., all at Brantley Funeral Home in Olive Branch. Interment will follow in Memorial Park Southwoods Cemetery in Memphis. Kim attended Life Fellowship Church in Olive Branch. She formerly attended LaBelle Haven Baptist Church in Memphis for many years where she was actively involved in choir, served as children’s music director, Sunday school teacher, and caring for the needs of others. She was a devoted Christian wife and mother. Mrs. Fesmire was preceded in death by her Memaw, and her father, James Barkley. Kim is survived by her husband of 34 years, DeWayne Fesmire; 3 children, Lucas DeWayne Fesmire, James Robert “J.B.” Fesmire (Jamie), and Casey Barkley Stewart (Steven); 5 grandchildren, Caden Dale Stewart, Easton Cole Fesmire, Camden Barkley Stewart, Rylan Grant Fesmire, and Tinley Kate Fesmire; her mother, Ann Stevens Barkley; her sister, Pam Burgess (Hugh); and her brother, Clay Barkley (Stacy).
