Linda Carol Allen

Linda Carol Allen, 82, of Olive Branch, MS passed away on August 26, 2026. Linda was born on December 1, 1943, in Kosciusko, MS to the late Robert and Ida Cain. Her greatest joy in life was her family and spending time with them. She was very talented with embroidery and has been making quilts for everyone in her family over the years. She was also an avid reader. Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Eric Van Allen, Jr.; and her siblings: Catherine Pickle, Robert Cain, Jr., Elizabeth Allen, Charles Newton Cain, and Connie Cain. Linda is survived by her children: Donna McDonald (William Murphy), Chris Allen (Jennifer), Elizabeth Sanders (Robert), and Shaun Allen (Amanda); grandchildren: Jennifer Davis, Zoe Allen, Rex Allen, Zack Sanders, Joe Sanders, Nathan Allen, and Eric Allen; great-grandchildren: Brittany Hopkins, Chase Olmstead, and Trey Davis; and great-great-grandson, Ezra James. Linda will be missed by all who knew and loved her.
