Lloyd Thomas Parker

Lloyd Thomas Parker, 96, passed away at his home on Sunday, January 29, 2023. Visitation will be held from 1:00 to 2:00 PM on Monday, February 6 at Brantley Funeral Home. A private burial will follow at Memorial Park Southwoods.

Lloyd was born on July 20, 1926 in Hahira, GA. He married Mary Folsom in 1948 until her passing in 1992. He later married Clytee Hadaway Reeder until her passing in 2014. He worked for Ryder Truck Lines and was a member of Emmanuel Baptist Church.

He is preceded in death by his wives, Mary and Clytee, mother, Leila Sharpe Gaston; and daughter-in-law, Sherry Parker

Lloyd is survived by his son, Douglas Parker; granddaughter, Constance Parker; sisters, Jeanie Barnes and Doris Tutten; step-daughter, Willease Lack (Danny) and their children, Cullen and Conor; and special family friend, Liz Dees. He also leaves behind his canine companion, Gypsy.
