She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, James Vickers and two brothers David Mills and Eddie Mills.
She is survived by her daughters, Brenda Evans (Terry) and Patricia Jokerst (Jim), sons, Kenny Vickers (Sharon) and Jeff Vickers, sisters Joy Spillers (Ricky), Bonnie Hicks (Joe) and Linda Bennett (Tony), brothers Bubba Mills (Shirley) and Stanley Mills (Tina). He also leaves behind 9 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.
A gathering of family and friends will be held from 6-8 p.m., Tuesday, August 4, 2015 at Brantley funeral home in olive Branch, MS. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, August 5, 2015 also at Brantley funeral Home with burial to follow at Byhalia Cemetery.
