Mary Grace Dunlap, 78, went home to be with the Lord on Wednesday, November 4, 2026. She was born April 2, 1948, to Charlie and Pearl McCulley in Memphis, TN. Mary worked as a cashier at Walmart in Olive Branch and in the Cafeteria at Center Hill High School for many years before retiring. She was a faithful member of Meadow Brook Baptist Church. Mary cherished spending time with her family and enjoyed cooking and tending to her garden, where she took great pride in caring for her beautiful flowers. She was preceded in death by her husband, George H. Dunlap; her parents, Charlie and Pearl McCulley; two siblings, Darlene Stackhouse, Charles McCulley, and her son-in-law, Max Cody. Mary leaves behind three children, Kathline Cody, George Dunlap (Carol), Alethea Stanford, and a brother, John McCulley (Kathy). She also leaves behind three grandchildren, Jacob Dunlap (Hannah), Savannah Stanford (Jesse Silvis), Noah Dunlap, and five great-grandchildren: Adelaide, Ophelia, Elias, Miriam, and Isabelle. A funeral service will be held on Monday, November 9, 2026, at 2:00 PM with visitation beginning at 1:00 PM at Meadow Brook Baptist Church, 3115 Old Pigeon Roost Rd. Byhalia, MS 38611. Burial will follow at Pleasant Hill Cemetery in Olive Branch, MS.
