I remember Marylin as a little girl , it has been over 40 years since
I have seen her . I hate that too! We seem to do that , even with today's modern ways to communicate !!!!

All things have a reason , that we may not understand , My deepest sympathy goes out to all her family and friends.

I'm sorry I can't attend , several reasons why ! But my thoughts and heart are with you all !!!

I know people grow up and grow apart but you and your sisters were a big part of my life growing up and no matter how far away we were or how long it had been every time we seen each other it was like nothing had changed y'all were like my older sisters and still are I can remember when papaw Flynn passed and you were pregnant and wanted to name your son after him and I suggested that you name him Jonathan I never told you how much that meant to me and I can't remember which one of the kids birthday parties it was but you had bought or made these little clown ice cream cones and I wanted one so bad and you told me no you have to wait until everyone gets here but me being kid I snuck one and you caught me I was so afraid I was going to be in trouble but nope you just said shhhh!! Don't tell anyone and got one too it's funny how you remember the little things like that I'm sorry I was not there to say goodbye it breaks my heart but I know that you are with a lot of people who love you just as much as I do until we meet again rest in heaven sweet lady and hug moma and daddy and mamaw and papaw for me we know that all of you are up there watching over us love you ❤️❤️❤️

I am a classmate from Olive Branch. I hung out with Marilyn a lot at school, especially in junior high. I have two good memories. One was when we had a sleep over at Debra McFarlins house for her birthday. We pestered Debras brothers and played hide and seek in the dark. And of course talked about boys. Also, I remember her and Melanie tumbling all over the gym. Those two had gymnastics down pat. I havent seen Marilyn in a long time but followed on Facebook. I am so sad that she has passed. I could tell she was very proud of her family. I will be keeping them all in my prayers. I know she will be greatly missed.

When my first daughter was born Amber Woodard, she had colic real bad and she came over and gave me some gas drops and wow.. It worked. I stayed at her house me and Amber. She loved Amber so. Also she was such a great friend and was there for me. Oh how I am gonna miss you.. Especially coming in my line at Kroger. I love you girl!!! Give Dad and Mom hugs for me. ❤💔😭
