Mildred Adele Kenny, 84, of Olive Branch, MS passed away on October 4, 2023. Mrs. Kenny was born on December 13, 1938 in Berwick, LA. She was preceded in death by her parents, Walter and Mildred Kemper; and her brother, Sonny Kemper. She is survived by her husband of 63 years, Kuhlman Kenny; daughter, Pam Miller (Danny); son, Fr. Stephen Kenny; son, Sean Kenny; grandchildren: Michael Miller (Ali), Lauren Majors (Ryan), Aubrie O’Ragen (Patrick), Christina Green, Kathleen Finale (Michael), Haley Kenny, Rachael Bergeron (Brady), Melinda Miller, and Stephanie Miller; great-grandchildren: Benjamin, Jeremy, Kaleigh, Lily, Beckham, Walker, and Theodore; and sister, Sally Broussard. Mrs. Kenny loved her family and was homemaker most of her life. She was a great cook. One of her greatest joys was being “Grand M” and “Grandma Midge” to her grandchildren. In her free time, she enjoyed playing tennis and canasta. She is a founding member of the Noble Rot Wine Club. Mrs. Kenny was an active member of Queen of Peace Catholic Church in Olive Branch. She was involved in the ladies club, the bereavement committee, and the funeral choir. The family will receive friends for a time of visitation at Queen of Peace Catholic Church on Monday, October 9, 2023 from 5-7 pm. A funeral mass will be held at 10:00 am on Tuesday, October 10, 2023, also at Queen of Peace. Burial will follow at Calvary Cemetery.
