Nathan "Nate" Wade Campbell, age 37, passed away to be with Jesus on Saturday, June 8, 2024. Born on May 25, 1987, in Memphis, TN, to Kenneth Todd and Karin Lea Campbell, Nathan's life was a testament to his passion for Jesus and his family.
From a young age, Nathan harbored a deep fascination for aviation, a love that only grew stronger over the years. Following his graduation from Horn Lake High School, he pursued his passion at TCAT Memphis, where he distinguished himself in A&P Mechanics, laying the groundwork for a remarkable career ahead. FedEx stood as his ultimate goal as he embarked on his professional journey. Nathan achieved his goal and worked as Sr. Maintenance Planner in the Aircraft Engineering department. He also found joy in the intricacies of tinkering. Whether dismantling and reconstructing objects or delving into the serene world of fishing and camping, Nathan's hands were always engaged in exploration and creation.
Yet, amidst his many pursuits, Nathan's most cherished accomplishment was his family, whom he gave his love profoundly and deeply. A devout member of Compel Church Southaven, Nathan's faith in Jesus Christ was steadfast, guiding him through life's challenges and triumphs. His presence will be deeply missed, but his legacy of faith, love, and loyalty will forever endure in the hearts of those who knew him.
He was preceded in death by his grandmother, Jacqueline Sue Creel, and great grandparents, Frances and Raymond Hufft, and George and Elizabeth Nash. Nathan leaves behind his wife, Tera Kay Campbell; three children, Katelyn, Audrey, Luke; his parents, Kenneth Todd and Karin Lea Campbell; his sister, Seralyn Brianna Campbell, and his grandmother, Carolyn Rowe.
