Rachel Mae Woods

Rachel Mae Woods, 81, of Olive Branch, MS went to be with the Lord on June 9, 2026. Mrs. Woods was born on January 15, 1945, in Booneville, MS to the late James Chester and Claudean Eaton. Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of 60 years, Alton Woods. She is survived by her three sons: Al Woods (Denise), Steve Woods (Ronna), and Jason Woods; grandchildren: Will Woods, Tori Bond (Wesley), Colby Woods, and Brently Woods; great-grandson, Grant Rutter; brother, Mike Eaton; and sister, Janet Cater. In her free time, Mrs. Woods enjoyed cooking and working in her flower beds. She also enjoyed watching sports, especially the Atlanta Braves and Memphis Grizzlies. Mrs. Woods was a believer in Jesus Christ and was a member of Colonial Park United Methodist Church. The family will receive friends for a time of visitation at Brantley Funeral Home on Friday, June 12, 2026, from 10:30 am until 1:00 pm with a funeral service to begin at 1:00 pm. Burial will follow at Memorial Park Southwoods.
