Raymond A. Aulman, 82, of Horn Lake, MS, went to heaven December 15, 2011. Born in Bend, Oregon on December 16, 1928, he was a member of Trinity Baptist Church of Southaven, MS where he was devoted to helping others and working with the homebound program. Mr. Aulman retired from General Motors in Detroit, MI and was currently working at Adesa Auto Auction of Memphis, TN. He is survived by his wife Thelma Westbrook Aulman; four children, James (Debby) Aulman, Steven (Charlotte) Aulman, both of Hernando, Timothy (Joyce) Aulman of Lancaster, KY and Jackie (Kenny) Lanham of Woodbine, KY; one step-daughter, Sadelle Jackson of Southaven; fourteen grandchildren; ten great grandchildren; seven sisters-in-law and four brothers-in-law. Raymond was preceded in death by his parents, Raleigh and Zelma Aulman; his first wife, Zacquelee Medlin Aulman; three brothers; one sister; one great-grandson; and one step-son. Visitation will be held 5-8 p.m. Friday, December 16, at Brantley Funeral Home in Olive Branch, MS, and funeral service will be conducted 10 a.m. Saturday, December 17, at Trinity Baptist Church by John Miller. Mr. Aulman will then be taken to O’Neil Funeral Home in Corbin, KY and visitation there will be 10 am-12 noon, with burial to follow at Helton Cemetery in Gray, KY, with graveside services conducted by Claude Medlin.
