Robert Lemoyne Brigance

Robert Lemoyne Brigance, Olive Branch , MS passed away Saturday, May 14, 2016 after complications from a stroke. He was a lifelong resident of Olive Branch, MS and beloved teacher, coach and administrator in Olive Branch for over 30 years. Lemoyne was a member of First Baptist where he served as music director for over 20 years and later at Fairhaven Baptist Church where he also served as music director. He was an avid supporter of Olive Branch High School Football and was active in the community of Olive Branch all of his life participating in many civic clubs. He is survived by his wife of 53 years, Marsha Gale Brigance, his sister Sarah Ann Phillips (Gene) and three children Donna Brigance Bird (Michael), Kyle Brigance (Allyson) and Stacy "Quick" Brigance and eight grandchildren. Visitation for Mr. Brigance will be held at First Baptist Church, Olive Branch, MS, Tuesday, May 17 from 5-8 p.m. The funeral service will be Wednesday, May 18 at 2 p.m. also at First Baptist followed by a graveside service. The family asks that memorials be sent in lieu of flowers to First Baptist Church Olive Branch, Fairhaven Baptist and Palmer House.
