Steven Ferrel Hunt, 19, of Olive Branch, passed away Wednesday, March 17, 2010, at Baptist Hospital DeSoto. Steven was a former student at Olive Branch High School, and he was an avid sports enthusiast, especially baseball and football. He was a true fan of Brett Favre. His goal everyday was to make people laugh, and he had a true gift for bringing a smile to everyone he met. Steven was preceded in death by his father, Kenneth Hunt, and his brother, Cameron Lee Hunt. He is survived by his mother, Sandy Hunt of Southaven; his brother, Kyle Hunt of Olive Branch; and his grandparents, Doc and Peggy Hunt and Ferrel and Betty White, all of Olive Branch. The family will receive friends on Friday, March 19, from 5-8 p.m., and funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. on Saturday, March 20, both at Brantley Funeral Home in Olive Branch. Interment will follow in Autumn Woods Memorial Park.
