Tessa Madison Sizemore, born September 25, 2005 in Memphis Tn. She was a resident of Olive Branch Ms, where she Attended Overpark Elementary as a kindergartner, passed away February 16, 2012. She was welcomed to her Heavenly home by her mother Judy Lynn Phillips and her Grandmother Jewell Phillips. Tessa Madison leaves to cherish her memory her father Brad Sizemore; Grandmother Anita Sizemore; Grandfather James L Phillips. Tessa also leaves many aunts, uncles and cousins whom loved her dearly. Tessa will be missed by her friends and classmates and her very special friend Nick. Tessa’s visitation will be held Monday, February 20 at the Brantley Funeral Home in Olive Branch Ms., from 12:30 – 2:00 p.m. and service will immediately follow at 2:00 p.m. interment will be at Forrest Hill South Memphis Tn. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Epilepsy Foundation, St. Jude or Muscular Dystrophy Association.
