Thelma A. Hale, 89, passed away January 4, 2012, at her home. Interment will be at Lebanon Cemetery in Olive Branch. Thelma had a true servant’s heart, always willing to help others. She was preceded in death by her husband, Lee G. Hale; and her son, Charles Lee Hale. Thelma is survived by her daughter, Anita Hamblin; her son, George E. Hale (Vira); 3 granddaughters, Virginia Bond (Mike), Ann McWilliams (Tim), and Brenda Dowland (Chris); 6 great grandchildren, Ryan, Alyssa, Olivia, Amy, Charlie, Andrew, and one on-the-way; 3 sisters, Alice Curtis, Madge Morton, and Marie Peterson; and her brother, Gene Clements.
