Thomas “Tom” Neil Lay, 69, passed away on Wednesday, June 16, 2021 at his residence in Olive Branch, MS. He was born on March 2, 1952 to the late Truman and Lola Maxine Lay in Jackson, TN. Tom’s greatest passion in life was computers. He worked as a computer technician at Synnex for 20 years. Tom was preceded in death by his parents, Truman and Lola Maxine Lay and a nephew, Jeremy Lay. He leaves behind is daughter, Lola Marcie Lay and two brothers, Donny Lay (Debbie) and Bob Lay (Diane). The family request that memorial contributions be made St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place Memphis, TN 38105. A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, July 3, 2021 at 10:00 am at Brantley Funeral Home, 6875 Cockrum St. Olive Branch, MS 38654.
