Waylon Forte, 29, of Memphis, TN, passed away March 17, 2014. He was preceded in death by his father William Forte. He is survived by his wife, Chasity Forte; son Conner Forte; mother, Rena Hidalgo; sisters Melanie and Stephanie; brothers, John and Taylor. He also leaves behind numerous other loving family members and friends.
A gathering of family and friends will be held from 12:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m. Sunday, March 23, 2014 at Brantley Funeral Home with services to follow at 2:00 p.m. Burial will follow at Fountain Head Cemetery in Byhalia, MS.
