William Ernest Clark Jr., 44, of Byhalia, Mississippi, passed away February 19, 2014. He is survived by his parents Mary Clark of Memphis, TN and William Ernest Clark, Sr. of Byhalia, MS. as well as a host of aunts, uncles and cousins. A memorial service celebrating his life will be held at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, March 1, 2014 at Brantley Funeral Home in Olive Branch, MS.
