William “Benny” Norris, 78, of Olive Branch, MS went to be with the Lord on Wednesday, May 11, 2022. Mr. Norris was preceded in death by his parents, Eugene and Eugenia Norris; and his brother, Larry Norris. He is survived by his wife of 57 years, Peggy Arnett Norris; daughter, Becky Day(Jeff); son, Mike Norris(Angie); grandchildren: Christian Day, Lawson Day, Will Norris, and Julianna Norris; sister, Pat Whitehead; and sister-in-law, Betty Ann Norris. Mr. Norris was born on August 3, 1943 in Memphis, TN. He is a graduate of Baton Rouge High School. He attended classes at Memphis State University. He retired from Stewart Title. In his free time, he enjoyed hunting, fishing, playing golf, and cheering on the Ole Miss Rebels (Hotty Toddy!) The family will receive friends for a time of visitation at DeSoto Hill Baptist Church on Saturday, May 14, 2022 from 11 am – 1 pm with a funeral service to follow at 1:00 pm. Burial will be at Autumn Woods Cemetery.
