Lloyd R Stevens

Lloyd Stevens (1920~2014) passed away peacefully at the South Okanagan General Hospital on Thursday, January 2, 3014. Lovingly remembered by Joan, his wife of 69 years; children, Gary and Patricia and his grandchildren, Chris and Nick. Lloyd was born in Peavine, Alberta, met and married Joan in Prince Rupert where they had a refrigeration business. Retiring to Oliver, Lloyd was a square dance caller in the Okanagan Valley. A celebration of his life will be held on Wednesday, January 8, 2013, 1 p.m., at 5854 Tulameen Street, Oliver. As an expression of sympathy, donations to the BC Cancer Society, 399 Royal Avenue, Kelowna, B.C. V1Y 5L3 would be appreciated by the family.
