Otto Reimer (1924-2011) - Otto passed away peacefully at McKinney Place, Oliver on Sunday, September 25, 2011 at the age of 87. Otto is predeceased by his loving wife, Alice Marie (2009). He will be sadly missed by his son Brad and wife Elaine, grandson Andrew, sister Eva and brother Ben and many nieces and nephews. Otto worked for 30 years with Timberland Plywood as a fork lift operator. A veteran of World War II, he served with the Canadian Army. He was a member of the Royal Canadian Legion Branch 97, Oliver. His guitar playing and love of country music will be missed. Since 1986 Otto and Marie called Oliver home. Before retiring they lived in North Delta for many years. A funeral service will be held on Sunday, October 2, 2011, 11:00 a.m., in the Chapel of Graham Funeral Home. Rev. Ray Turner officiating. The Royal Canadian Legion Branch 97 Honour Guard will be in attendance. Interment to follow at Valley View Memorial Gardens, Surrey, B.C.
