Those left to cherish Annette's memory include her children, Percy (Dawn), LaShawn, Danielle, and Doug; grandchildren; and many other loving extended family and friends.
A viewing will be held at the Worship Center Church of God, located at 2021 N 24th St, Omaha, NE 68110, on October 28, 2025, from 10:00 am to 11:00 am.
The funeral service will follow at the same location, beginning at 11:00 am.
Annette will be laid to rest at Forest Lawn Memorial Park, 7909 Mormon Bridge Rd, Omaha.
