Barb was employed with Douglas County Hospital (Health Center) for over 50 years up until a few days before her passing. Barb was a member of Sokol Omaha her entire life and was currently President of the unit and still active with the South Omaha Sokol gymnastics program.
A visitation for Barbara will be held Tuesday, January 24, 2023 from 5:00 PM to 7:30 PM at Westlawn-Hillcrest Funeral Home, 5701 Center Street, Omaha, Nebraska 68106. A funeral mass will occur Wednesday, January 25, 2023 at 10:30 AM at Holy Cross Catholic Church, 4810 Woolworth Avenue, Omaha, Nebraska 68106.
