Charles worked for Union Pacific Railroad and then started the engineering firm M&W Signal Design. He retired in Bullhead City, AZ.
Preceded in death by wife Julia; parents; daughters Nanette and Nancy Galloway; brother Harry; sons-in-law Don and Donn. Survived by children Robert (Kathy) and Linda Rixon (Lawrence, KS); 5 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; 7 great-great-grandchildren; wife Patricia; many nieces, nephews, family, and friends. Visitation will be Mon Nov 26, from 6-8pm. Private burial.
