Dixie is preceded in death by his father, Glenn B. Davis; mother, Lula Mae Davis; sister, Betty Davis; and brothers, Gerald B. Davis and Francis S. "Sonny" Davis. He is survived by his children, Dixie Lee Davis Jr. (Jennifer), Dene' L. Burns (Jim), and Dawn L. Bonacci (John); grandchildren, Dottie Owen (Brandon), Dixie Lee Davis III, Kylie Points (Kenny), Brianna Burdick (Trey), Alyssa Wessel (Cody), Brett Bonacci, and Connor Bonacci (Addison); great-grandchildren, Delaney, Braxton, Tinley, and Forrest Owen, Harper and Easton Burdick, Dixie Lee Davis IV and Colton Davis, and Wyatt Points.
Visitation will be held Sunday, January 25, 5-7 pm at Westlawn-Hillcrest. Funeral Service will be held Monday, January 26 at 10 am at Westlawn-Hillcrest.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations are suggested to the Alzheimer's Association.
