George was preceded in death by his loving wife, Marilyn Hollinger; daughter, Lisa Hollinger; siblings, Harold "Jock" Hollinger, Robert "Bob" Hollinger, Myrtle Snyder, and Virginia "Ginny" Zimmerman; and son-in-law, George Pulliam.
He is survived by daughters, Vicki (Dave) Contreras, Gloria Pulliam, and Chris (Jerry) Lorentzen; grandchildren, Sean (Shannon) Contreras, Derek (Camey) Contreras, Amy (Dustin) Ream, Angie McConkey, Mandy (Patrick) Salesberry, and Scott (Laura) Lorentzen; and great-grandchildren, Gavin, Tabitha, Brody, Ethan, Zack, Creighton, Harrison, Aniston, Ellison, Weston, Tenley, Kyson, Noah, Nyla, Nash, Nora, Collin, Adelyn, and Landon.
Visitation will be held at Westlawn-Hillcrest Funeral Home, 5701 Center St, Omaha, Nebraska 68106, on August 15, 2026, from 10:00 am to 11:00 am, followed by a Funeral Service at Westlawn-Hillcrest Funeral Home, 5701 Center St, Omaha, Nebraska 68106, on August 15, 2026, at 11:00 am.
