Ernie, Bruce, and Tim; First let me say, that I was so saddened, and, my heart sank when my brother gave me the news. We all think our parents will live forever, and, Norm gave it his all. Now, the Lacey' s, the Quist' s, and the Blum' s are once again United, and, toasting a few, and enjoying life, their way. It's a sad time, and a joyous, one, and now we will keep Norm' s memory alive, by thinking of and remembering all the great times we all shared. Norm was a wonderful husband, and a great dad. And I will forever cherish the time I knew not only Norm, but Pat also. The fond memories I have will live forever, as I know we all will. Norm' a memory will live on, and you all should be so proud and honored to have had him in your lives. I myself, was, and always will be honored to have called him my friend, and "dad!" God bless you you all, my heart, my thoughts, and prayers go out to you!

Ernie, Bruce, and Tim....If I was to start sharing memories I wouldn't know where to start or end. Little league baseball, Millard Legion, 4th of July fireworks, cookouts, our folks playing pinochle until all hours....so many found memories of your dad and mom. Having lost both of my folks I understand the feeling of loss you are and will be feeling. Your dad, with his calm outlook and sense of humor is a memory I treasure. Thoughts and prayers and thanks to the Quist family for sharing your folks with the Black family as we grew all up.
