Preceded in death by loving wife, Mildred Bordwell; parents, Anton and Julie Rychnovsky; brother, Tony Rychnovsky; sister, Marie Burgstate; and grandchild, CJ Armour.
Survived by step children, Bev Armour and Cynthia Bordwell; grandchildren, John Armour, Jeremy Bordwell, Angel Bordwell, Zach Brooks, Cody Armour, and Casey Armour; great grandchildren, Laurie Thompson, JJ Armour, Angelo Bordwell, Lennox Meyer, Alexa Frederick, Aubree Frederick, Asher Frederick, and Sonny Bordwell.
Gerry liked to go camping, fishing, boating, and golfing. He spent a lot of time on the lake with Millie and the grandkids. He and Millie also went to Las Vegas every year and made several trips to South Dakota.
A visitation for Gerald will be held Thursday, September 28, 2023 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Westlawn-Hillcrest Funeral Home, 5701 Center St, Omaha, Nebraska 68106. A graveside service will occur Friday, September 29, 2023 at 1:00 PM at Bohemian Cemetery, 5201 Center St, Omaha, Nebraska 68106.
