Margaret Breckenridge Holley, known lovingly to all as "Margie," passed away on May 6, 2026, at the age of 77. A longtime resident of Omaha, Nebraska, she lived a life full of creativity, warmth, and cherished moments with those she loved.
Margie was married to James "Jim" Holley (9/30/46 - 8/31/21) and survived by her sons, Michael and James Holley, and their families, who she loved dearly.
She was a devoted member of the Omaha Weavers and Spinners Guild, where she found community and purpose through her craft. She also treasured time spent at the family cabin in Wyoming, where life slowed down and memories were made.
A Celebration of Life will be held for Margie and Jim Holley on Thursday, July 2, 2026, from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. at Westlawn-Hillcrest Funeral Home in Omaha, Nebraska. All who knew and loved Margie and Jim are welcome to attend. In lieu of flowers, the family kindly asks that donations be made to a charity of your choice in Margie and Jim's name.
