Born to Willard and Elsie Goranson, December 9, 1957, in Omaha, Nebraska. She will be remembered for being a kind, loving, daughter, sister, wife, mother, mother-in-law, grandmother, aunt, cousin and friend.
Her love for her family could only be rivaled by her love of The Beatles...especially Paul McCartney. She cherished riding horses, teaching aerobics and growing beautiful flowers.
She was so proud of the 3 boys she raised, and let them, and everyone else, know it any chance she got.
Preceded in death by her father, Willard Goranson and her mother, Elsie Goranson.
Survived by her husband Steve Bowder, brother Gary Goranson, sister Gail Goranson, sons Brian (wife Stefanie) Boyd (wife Rachel) and Dale (wife Abbie) and grandchildren Lilia (Brian), Jude and Wes Ervin (Dale).
The service will take place Thursday, March 27, 2025, at Westlawn-Hillcrest Funeral Home, 5701 Center St. Omaha, NE 68106, with visitation beginning at 10am and funeral following at 11am.
Memorial donations may be made to the Kountze Commons via Kountze Memorial Lutheran Church as well as to Steve’s continued Lymphoma fight.
