Age 92 of Omaha, died Sunday, February 22, 2015 surrounded by family.
She was born in Walker Township near Newman Grove, NE to Frank and Helga (Nelson) Selander.
Arlyce was a longtime member of Rejoice Lutheran Church in Omaha. She had been an active member of Engineer’s Wives; she enjoyed her volunteer work at Lutheran Thrift Store, Methodist Hospital and at her church.
She was preceded in death by parents, husband Carrol and her two brothers Don and Duane.
Survived by her children and their spouses Dr. Richard and Carolee Brunken, Chagrin Falls, OH, Cindy and Steve Wester, Beatrice, NE, Steve and Cindy Brunken, Lincoln, NE; grandchildren and spouses Andy and Laura Wester, Josh and Ashley Wester, Scott and Ryan Brunken, Lauren Brunken and Carrie Brunken; great grandchildren Katherine, Claire, Abigail, and Annabelle.
Memorial Service 11 am Thursday at The Lighthouse 17600 Arbor St. Omaha, NE.
Visitation with family Wednesday 5-7 pm at Crosby Colonial Chapel, 11902 W. Center Road, Omaha.
In lieu of flowers memorials to the scholarship program at Lakeside Village, 17475 Frances St., Omaha, NE 68130.
